Day 1 “Alat” → Farap → Turkmenabat

Early in the morning, departure to the Uzbek-Turkmen border checkpoint “Alat”. Border formalities. Crossing 1.5 km of the neutral zone (by minibus). Meeting tourists at the Turkmen land border “Farap” at 09:00-10:00 (maximum). Passing customs and migration control. Visiting the ancient fortress settlement of Amul.
Then departure to Koytendag (the road will take about 6-7 hours). On the way, visit the Astana Baba mausoleum. Lunch in Kerki. Arrival at the Koytendag tourist base in the village of Koyten. Accommodation of tourists. Free time. Dinner. Overnight stay at the tourist base.
Day 2 Kugitangtau

Breakfast. Visiting local natural attractions – the gorge and grotto of Kyrk Gyz, the Dinosaur Plateau (the largest “storage” of dinosaur footprints), the Umbar-Dere waterfall. Lunch. Free time. Dinner. Overnight at the tourist center.
Day 3 Kerki→ Ashgabat

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport (09:30). Flight to Ashgabat. Arrival. Accommodation at the hotel. Lunch. Excursion Old Nisa is an impressive archaeological site just 15 kilometers from the city. Nisa was the capital of the Parthian Empire, founded in the 3rd century BC and ruled for almost 500 years. Today, this monument is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Turkmenbashi Ruhi Mosque is the largest mosque in Central Asia, also known as the Turkmenbashi Spirituality Mosque or the Kipchak Mosque. It contains the burial place of the first president of Turkmenbashi and his immediate family.
Independence Park and the yurt-shaped Independence Monument, which houses the Museum of National Values. The museum is surrounded by magnificent fountains, 27 statues of key historical figures of Turkmenistan.
National Museum, displaying over half a million objects from all regions of the country, including rare artefacts from antiquity to the Middle Ages. City tour with visits to parks and squares.
Day 4 Ashgabat→Turkmenbashi

Breakfast. Free time. Lunch. Transfer to the airport (16:00). Flight to Turkmenbashi. Accommodation at the hotel. Walking tour of the surrounding area. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 Turkmenbashi Balkanabat Ashgabat

Breakfast. Transfer to Balkanabat. Lunch. Transfer to Yangi-Kala canyons. Sightseeing of Yangi-Kala canyons. (130 km north of Balkanabat). Amazing natural objects – Yangikala Canyons are located in the North-West of Turkmenistan in the Balkan velayat (region). From the Turkmen Yangi-kala means fire fortresses. The canyons received this name due to the predominant red color of the rocks from which the mountain ranges and cliffs are composed. Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 Turkmenbashi → Ashgabat → Turkmenabat
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport (07:00). Flight to Ashgabat. Arrival
